The Bridge Nucleus is home to both residential and commercial space, including The Bridge Nucleus and has a history of being there for the community.
In Victorian times, the site was used as the Joyce Green hospital, which provide care for the smallpox victims and for soldiers injured in WW1.
The Bridge Nucleus pays homage to the ships that brought the wounded to the hospital, by naming their two meetings rooms in their honour.

AJ, (as she likes to be known) has and been in the property sector for over 15 years. When she’s not helping customers, she’s most likely on a plane exploring somewhere new, or out grabbing a bite at a local food spot.

Jayne has been working at the centre since March 2007. Prior to working at The Bridge Nucleus, she worked for Thames Gateway Chamber of Commerce Department helping with the administration for businesses old and new.
